Marsha has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She started as a group fitness instructor teaching classes such as step aerobics, healthy heart, spinning, yoga and strength training. Eventually, she decided to switch her focus to working with clients one-on-one.

Marsha is passionate about helping women get stronger and achieve things they didn’t think possible.

As a coach, she particularly enjoys coaching those who have little to no training experience, helping them to set a good and solid foundation.

As a certified nutrition coach, Marsha can help you devise a sensible eating plan that will support your training and help you reach your goals.

Instead of drastic, restrictive and short-term changes, Marsha’s coaching style will help you make small gradual lifestyle changes that will last.

Before the start of your program, Marsha will put you through a thorough assessment which includes a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS will reveal your strengths and weaknesses in terms of mobility, stability and functional patterns.

Marsha's approach encompasses the three major pillars of wellness: movement, nutrition and recovery
