Marsha Regis
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started as a group fitness instructor teaching classes such as step aerobics,healthy heart, spinning, yoga and strength training. Eventually, I decided to switch my focus to working with clients one-on-one.
I am passionate about helping women get stronger and achieve things they didn’t think possible.
As a coach, I particularly enjoy coaching those who have little to no training experience, helping them to set a good and solid foundation.
As a certified nutrition coach, I can help you devise a sensible eating plan that will support your training and help you reach your goals.
Instead of drastic, restrictive and short-term changes, my coaching style will help you make small gradual lifestyle changes that will last.
