"While training with Marsha, I learned how to lift weights properly and efficiently. She made me realize the benefits of weight lifting such as improving my metabolism. Her vast knowledge of fitness which includes animal flow and kettlebells has also benefited and enriched my fitness. To me what makes Marsha a really great trainer is that she also cares about my well being from my nutrition to my emotions. To me this is what makes her a terrific trainer."

"Not only has Marsha given me the tools to navigate the gym, she has changed my entire mindset about the process. She makes me excited to get to my workout by infusing the hour with fun, creative, collaborative hands on training, that has not only made my body stronger, but also my mind. It’s not just “lift this, run this fast...” it’s about finding out who you are to make you and your workouts as successful as possible.”

"I have worked with several personal trainers and Marsha is the best. She gets to know you so she can give you specific training for your needs. For me, being out of shape and having a poor gait due to a back injury, Marsha's training helped me immensely. Marsha not only helps one improve their physical health, she takes the time to talk with her clients (I know getting clients to talk while exercising is part of training, lol) in order to ease any apprehension one might feel "

"I have been training with Marsha Regis for nearly 4 years. I never thought when I joined the gym I would be lucky enough to find the perfect trainer. Marsha is highly skilled, thorough, precise and observant while she trains. I always appreciate her attention to detail, her sense of humor and how time flies while we are training! Marsha has an incredible breadth of knowledge. If however, she is unsure about a particular issue you may have, she is upfront that this is not her area of expertise and then proceeds to get information from a reliable professional to share back with you. Marsha is continually expanding her skills with the various courses she takes, so as to always be as experienced and professional as possible."

"Marsha is my go-to girl! I needed to get into great shape for my Broadway show and we had to target certain areas in order for me to operate a large puppet. This included a lot of upper body and core strengthening. I feel stronger than ever and because of Marsha I am able to sustain a rigorous schedule of 8 shows a week!"

"I would like to think that I know enough about weightlifting that I can plan and do my own workouts without a trainer. But the truth is that Marsha knows 10 times more than I do and it is really a pleasure to train without worrying about whether I'm

I cannot begin to describe the many ways in which training with Marsha has changed my life. But I'll try! Before we started working out, my level of physical activity could be described as "mollusk." Then came covid. Like most, my pandemic lockdown was a wine-fueled, carbo-loaded, extended stay in Couchville. Marsha helped me turn that all around in a way that was gentle, healthy, and sustainable. Her highly specialized approach to strength training, her nuanced understanding of sports psychology, and her cheerful encouragement brought me into unprecedented levels of physical fitness. Plus - she did it all over FaceTime! As an absolutely non-athletic person, I am honestly stunned at the results I've seen AND the amount of fun I have at each of our sessions. Unlike some trainers, Marsha is kind, patient, and realistic about how to incorporate fitness into one's daily life. She's also an excellent listener, which is invaluable in someone you're trusting with your physical safety.

Her customized programs, her nutritional guidance, and sharp diagnostics have given me a new appreciation for what it means to grow and change. And for the first time in maybe my whole life, I feel happy with my body and proud of what it can do. All thanks to Marsha. I honestly can't wait for our next session!"

"Really, at the end of the day, personal training is not about pounds lost (22 and counting) or pounds lifted (I couldn't do a push up - now I can knock out 30 in a session). It's not even about what you see in the mirror (a perky butt! I have a perky butt now!) - it's about how you feel. And I feel fantastic. Marsha's training has helped me find the joy and power in my own physical form. Her customized programs, her nutritional guidance, and sharp diagnostics have given me a new appreciation for what it means to grow and change. And for the first time in maybe my whole life, I feel happy with my body and proud of what it can do. All thanks to Marsha. I honestly can't wait for our next session!"

"I have been training with Marsha 2-3 times a week for 4 years now. She is a wonderful trainer. She is very thoughtful, kind, organized, and very knowledgeable about physical training. I have scoliosis and strength training for me is a bit more nuanced and difficult. Marsha was kind enough to come to my physiotherapist and learn which motions I should be avoiding because of my scoliosis. I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about her."

"Marsha's approach to training is holistic, rigorous and driven by a deep understanding of her client. While she's knowledgeable about a range of methods -- and clearly has a perspective on the styles of the day -- she tailors the regimen to what I need and how my body reacts to the training. She isn't dogmatic. That philosophy seems to be the result of an empathy that's based on conversation, observation and data-driven analysis. She is demanding but collaborative, serious but fun and focused on sustainability of habits and long-term health. I highly recommend working with Marsha."
